Plot input data for vimes
This function makes a series of histograms for data input to vimes.
# S3 method for vimes_data plot(x, y = NULL, col = vimes_pal1(length(x)), n = length(x), which = 1:length(x), ...)
Arguments
- x
- a
vimes_dataobject, as returned byvimes_data - y
- left for compatibility with the generic 'plot'
- col
- colors to be used for the histograms
- n
- the number of histograms displayed per window
- which
- an integer vector indicating which distances to plot
- ...
- further arguments passed on to
hist
